In this training participants will learn about the movement from the Transition IEP into the world of adult services. This training covers topics such as:
- Other agencies: Social Security, California Children’s Services, Regional Center, In-Home Support Services, Department of Rehabilitation
- Employment/volunteer/community involvement
- Independent living and/or living arrangements
- California Independent Living Centers
- Registration for military, voting, jury duty
- Conservatorship
