Transitioning from IFSP to IEP
The Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) is a document that supports your child with special needs from infancy until their third birthday. At age 3 your child transitions from an IFSP to an IEP (Individualized Education Program). The two documents are quite different and perhaps you aren’t sure what to expect. We’ve got you covered!
Attending this training will give you an overview of the IEP and the meeting process. You will learn how to prepare for your first meeting to get you off on the road to success in advocating for your child.
