The Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) is a document for support of your child with special needs from infancy up until their third birthday. The IFSP focuses on your child and family and the services your family needs to help enhance the development of your child.
At age 3 your child transitions from an IFSP to an IEP (Individualized Education Program). The two documents are quite different and perhaps you aren’t sure what to expect. We got you covered!
